1 Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Pet Wiser Co, referred to in these Terms as “Pet Wiser Co,” “PetWiserCo,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing PetWiserCo.com, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Additional terms displayed on a product page, promotion, warranty, or program may also apply. When product-specific terms give customers greater rights than these general Terms, the more customer-favorable product-specific terms will control.

2 Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity completed through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

3 Product information and availability

We work to describe our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements, weights, packaging, components, and other specifications may include reasonable manufacturing variations.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of a product at any time. These changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless we contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, weight limits, ingredients, directions, and warnings before completing your purchase and before using the product.

Packaging and fulfillment partners

We may use authorized warehouses, third-party logistics providers, carriers, or marketplace fulfillment services to store and deliver orders. The shipper name, packaging, return label, or fulfillment information may therefore identify one of those providers.

Packaging or branding may occasionally differ from website photographs, but the product delivered must still materially match the product, variation, and specifications you purchased. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without your approval.

5 Pet health and wellness products

Information on our website regarding pet nutrition, supplements, grooming, wellness, mobility, calming, skin, coat, or joint support is provided for general informational purposes. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

Follow the product label and serving directions. Consult a veterinarian before giving your pet a supplement, especially when your pet is pregnant, nursing, under treatment, taking medication, has an existing medical condition, or experiences an unexpected reaction.

Stop use and seek appropriate veterinary guidance if your pet develops concerning symptoms. Individual results vary, and customer reviews do not guarantee that another pet will experience the same result.

6 Orders, prices, payments, and taxes

Order acceptance

An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may reject or cancel an order before shipment because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory limitations, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, misuse of promotions, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.

Prices and payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout for the order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other clearly disclosed amounts.

Prices, sales, bundles, and promotional offers may change without notice. A later price change does not create a right to a retroactive refund or price adjustment unless we expressly offer one.

Errors

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, technical, or product information errors. If an error materially affects an order you already placed, we will contact you when reasonably possible and provide the choice required by applicable law, which may include approving the corrected order or receiving a cancellation and refund.

7 Shipping and delivery

Order processing times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, address responsibilities, carrier-delay information, and missing-order procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a specific date. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, security reviews, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Contact support@petwiserco.com promptly if tracking shows an issue or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found.

8 Returns, replacements, and refunds

Return eligibility, deadlines, evidence requirements, return shipping, replacements, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Return requests must be started through our Return Request page or by contacting customer support. Do not mail a product to our address without receiving return authorization and instructions.

When a product page, written warranty, or promotion expressly promises free returns, a fit guarantee, a satisfaction guarantee, a specific warranty, or another benefit that is more favorable than the general Return and Refund Policy, that express promise will apply to the qualifying purchase according to the conditions displayed with it.

Nothing in these Terms removes any return, refund, replacement, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.

9 Promotions, discounts, gift cards, and referrals

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, purchase limits, geographic restrictions, and other conditions shown with the offer.

Unless an offer specifically states otherwise:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
• Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discounts apply only to eligible merchandise.
• Shipping charges and taxes are excluded from percentage discounts.
• We may cancel codes obtained through fraud, abuse, or technical error.

The Give 10%, Get 10% referral program is also governed by the rules displayed on our Give 10, Get 10 page.

Gift cards and store credits are subject to the conditions displayed when issued and to applicable law. They are not redeemable for cash except where redemption is legally required.

10 Electronic communications

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your order, payment, shipping, returns, account, or support request.

Marketing emails are separate from required order communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link provided in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential transactional communications.

11 Reviews and customer content

When you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content directly to us, you confirm that:

• Your submission reflects your honest experience.
• You own the content or have permission to submit it.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.
• It is not unlawful, misleading, threatening, or abusive.
• You will disclose any reward, discount, or other material connection.

You grant Pet Wiser Co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, display, and share content you voluntarily submit to us for operating, improving, and promoting our business. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Content submitted through an independent review platform may also be governed by that platform’s terms.

12 Intellectual property

Our website, product names, logos, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, written content, software, and page layouts are owned by or licensed to Pet Wiser Co and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

13 Prohibited use

You may not use our website or services to:

• Commit fraud or submit false payment, identity, delivery, or claim information.
• Violate a law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or security vulnerabilities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or customer information.
• Interfere with the website, checkout, inventory, or normal business operations.
• Abuse discounts, referral programs, returns, warranties, or chargeback systems.
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the website without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to Pet Wiser Co.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, deny fraudulent claims, or take other proportionate action when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

14 Third-party services and links

Our store may use third-party services for hosting, payments, fraud prevention, shipping, tracking, analytics, reviews, communications, and fulfillment. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Pet Wiser Co does not control and is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, their content, or their independent practices.

15 Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are addressed through our website privacy disclosures and Privacy Choices page.

Please review those disclosures before submitting personal information.

16 Warranties and disclaimers

Any express warranty displayed on a product page or provided in writing with a product is governed by its stated coverage, exclusions, claim process, and duration.

Except for an express written warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing here excludes an implied warranty or statutory protection that cannot legally be excluded.

17 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Wiser Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the website or a product.

Where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability relating to a particular product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, remedy, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

18 Customer responsibility

You are responsible for losses or claims directly resulting from your intentional unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require a consumer to reimburse Pet Wiser Co for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of legal obligations.

19 Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, labor disputes, power or internet failures, government actions, supply-chain disruptions, or widespread emergencies.

This provision does not remove any refund, cancellation, delivery, or other right that applicable law gives you.

20 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our business, products, website, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. An order already placed is generally governed by the terms and product-specific promises displayed when the order was submitted.

21 Governing law and disputes

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us and provide your name, order number, contact information, and a description of the issue. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without applying rules that would automatically select another state’s laws.

This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the jurisdiction where you live when those protections legally apply.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from filing an eligible claim in small claims court, contacting a consumer-protection agency, or using another remedy that cannot legally be waived.

22 General provisions

Severability

If a court finds one part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver

A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with applicable product terms and the policies linked here, form the agreement between you and Pet Wiser Co regarding your use of the website and your purchase.

Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
