Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PetWiserCo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check around your property, with neighbors, building staff, or other household members. Some carriers may mark a package delivered before final drop-off.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives with an issue, contact us at support@petwiserco.com as soon as possible with your order number. Our team will review the carrier records, delivery confirmation, and shipment details to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

PetWiserCo reserves the right to investigate delivery claims and may request additional information to verify shipping details before issuing a replacement or refund.
