Three positions we're hiring for

Customer Experience Associate Part-time Hybrid · Berkeley Heights, NJ

You'll be the person customers actually reach. Phone, text, and email — helping people pick the right size, tracking down a package, sorting out a return. Most of it is straightforward. All of it matters.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer calls, texts, and emails during posted hours (9 AM–7 PM EST, shift-dependent)
  • Help customers choose the right product and size for their pet
  • Process return requests and follow them through to resolution
  • Flag recurring issues so we can fix the product page or the product
  • Keep our FAQ and help content current as questions come up

What we're looking for

  • Clear, friendly writing — most of this job happens in text
  • Patience with people who are frustrated, and the judgment to know when to just fix it
  • Comfort with Shopify admin, or the willingness to learn it fast
  • Genuine interest in pets and pet owners
  • Reliable availability during posted support hours

Nice to have

  • Previous retail, ecommerce, or customer support experience
  • Spanish fluency

Ecommerce & Content Coordinator Full-time Hybrid · Berkeley Heights, NJ

You'll own how our products show up online — the photos, the copy, the emails, the social posts. If a product page isn't converting, figuring out why is your job. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes making things, not just planning them.

What you'll do

  • Write and maintain product pages — descriptions, specs, sizing guidance
  • Shoot and edit product and lifestyle photography
  • Build and send email campaigns to our subscriber list
  • Manage day-to-day social content across our channels
  • Track what's working — conversion, click-through, which photos sell
  • Keep collections, tags, and merchandising tidy in Shopify

What we're looking for

  • Strong writing — you can explain a product without overselling it
  • Working knowledge of Shopify admin
  • Comfortable with a camera and basic photo editing
  • Some experience with email marketing platforms
  • Self-directed — nobody here will be assigning you daily tasks

Nice to have

  • Basic HTML/CSS for theme tweaks
  • Experience with paid social or Google Shopping
  • Video editing for short-form content

Fulfillment & Inventory Associate Full-time On-site · Berkeley Heights, NJ

You'll make sure orders go out right and on time. Picking, packing, labeling, and keeping our inventory counts honest. The unglamorous work that decides whether a customer comes back.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and label daily orders for shipment
  • Receive and check incoming inventory against purchase orders
  • Keep stock counts accurate in Shopify
  • Process returned items — inspect, restock, or flag for disposal
  • Keep the workspace organized and shipping supplies stocked
  • Flag damaged or defective stock before it reaches a customer

What we're looking for

  • Careful and consistent — a wrong item shipped costs us more than a slow one
  • Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with basic computer work and scanning tools
  • Dependable schedule — orders don't wait

Nice to have

  • Warehouse, shipping, or stockroom experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify or another inventory system
