The fine print

How the program works

Short version: refer real friends, both of you save. Here are the details.

Who can take part

  • Anyone with a valid email address can refer a friend
  • Your friend must be new to Pet Wiser Co — this is for first orders
  • You can't refer yourself or use a second address of your own

What each side gets

  • Your friend: 10% off their first order, no minimum purchase
  • You: 10% off your next order, once their order ships
  • One reward per friend referred

Timing

  • Your friend's code arrives within 2 business days
  • Your reward is issued after their order ships, not when they place it
  • Codes expire 90 days after we send them

Using your code

  • One discount code per order — this code doesn't stack with other codes
  • Applies to product cost only, not shipping or tax
  • Enter it in the discount box at checkout

Limits

  • Up to 10 successful referrals per person per calendar year
  • If a referred order is cancelled or fully refunded, the related reward is void

Fair use

  • Please don't post our codes on coupon or deal sites
  • We may withhold rewards where we see obvious abuse or fake accounts
  • We can change or end this program at any time — codes already issued stay valid
