Take the guesswork out of caring for your pet
Fewer products, chosen carefully. Honest answers from real people. And a promise that when we get it wrong, we make it right.
We exist so that a pet owner can find what they need in five minutes instead of five hours — and trust that what arrives is what we said it was.
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
-
01
We carry less on purpose
A bigger catalog is easier to build and harder to trust. We'd rather test a handful of things properly than list a hundred we've never handled. If it wouldn't go on our own dog or cat, it doesn't go on the site.
-
02
We describe things honestly
Every product page should tell you what something is good at and where it falls short. Overselling gets you one order and costs you a customer. We'd rather you buy the right thing, even when that means buying nothing.
-
03
We answer like neighbors
Call, text, or email and you reach a person here in Berkeley Heights — daily, 9 AM to 7 PM EST. Our address and phone number sit on every page because being reachable is the point, not a formality.
-
04
We fix what we get wrong
We'll misjudge a product eventually — everyone does. What we won't do is make you fight about it. Send it back, tell us what happened, and we'll sort it out without a interrogation.
What we won't do
- Pad the catalog with products we haven't vetted, just to look bigger
- Hide behind a form when you'd rather talk to someone
- Bury the terms that matter in the fine print
- Make a refund harder than the purchase was
Hold us to it
A mission statement is only worth the behavior behind it. If we fall short of anything on this page, we want to hear about it — directly, not in a review we'll never see.
